How to treat Eye infection ?
It seems the you are suffering from acute conjunctivitis which is treated by antibiotics such as ceftriaxone if bacterial infection is the causative agent. Decongestants can also be used to decrease pruritis as well as NSAID such as Ibuprofen. It's advised to visit ophthalmologist for further assessmet anf treament
Diagnosis ?
You should get examined by  an ophthalmologist. Complete blood count to look for infection. Culture and sensitivity for eye dicharge if present
