Causes and treatment of smell loss:

In fact, the loss or impairment of the sense of smell affects many
people, and it often affects life negatively. There are many reasons and a correct diagnosis is required for appropriate treatment. The treatment mainly depends on identifying the causes, it may be necessary to take an antibiotic for inflammation, e.g augmentin 500 mg, and an anti-decongestant such as cetirizine, but in cases of organic problems such as pregnancy or tumors, surgery is required.

Diagnosis:

By visiting the otolaryngologist and doing the necessary tests, including blood tests, electrolytes, organ function tests, and sugar, in addition to making an assessment of the airway, and endoscopy may be required, as well as imaging such as MRI or CT.

Patients may also suffer from difficulties and problems related to taste and the influence of the general mood, people may also suffer from other symptoms that indicate the cause, such as:
