Symptomes and treatment of COVID 19 infection 
COVID 19 is considered one of the viral infections that transmit through respiratory droplets to infect the respiratory system and cause various degree of symptomes  severity, Mainly the symptomes begin with fever, runny nose ,hedache ,vomiting , sore throat and cough, it may progress to be more severe if dyspnea developed. Symptomes are treated conservativly at home using Paracetamol 1000 mg tab three times a day in addition to Loratidine 10 mg tab once before bed time ,but severe symptomes require hospitalizaion and more investigations. COVID 19 resemble upper respiratory tract viral infections like common cold and Influenza but with more severe form of symptomes. You are adviced to get isolated at home but if isolation interfere with your daily activities you can get assured by PCR testing 
Required invetigations 
After proper physical exam and progression of symptomes , You should have CBC to detect infections in addition to Chest CT scan to detect lung infiltrations.PCR to detect viral genom
