I have been having a throbbing feeling in my head...

تم تقييم هذه الإجابة:
I have been having a throbbing feeling in my head and neck for 3 months. It's causing faintness, especially when I exercise where my pulse goes berserk all over my head to a point where I can't continue. Before that, I was having a sore throat which the doctor told me is because of acid reflux. I took antacids for a few weeks but the sore throat didn't go away. I only feel slight pain when I swallow. I should also mention that my blood pressure has been acting up lately, even though I am still 20 years old. I did extensive blood test and found B-12 and Vit D defeciencies, and I took supplements but my symptoms persisted. I also did a brain MRI with contrast and it should a normal brain study but also showed a maxillary retentiin cyst and sinusitis. I have also been having intermittent stomach and abdominal pains this last month. I also feel pressure on my ears and below my bottom jaw. I've also recently started to feel slight pain in my upper arms. I have a constant feeling of food stuck in my throat for the last month. I did a lot of tests with the ENT, neurology, cardiology, orthopedia doctors but all of them showed nothing. I have an esophagogastroduodenoscopy during the next week, but I'm still convinced that the doctor's are missing something.
Doctor's Assistant: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I took Famodar for a week for the heartburn and acid reflux, but stopped after a week. It was around then when my headaches and faintness started to arise. I took Betaserc for 3 weeks, Avamys nasal spray, Aerius for the sinusitis, and vitamin and food supplements. I stopped all medications 2 weeks ago because nothing is working.
Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
My dad has hypertension. My mom used to have migraine.

I also feel like my neck is tight. My voice has been unstable lately, and I feel like my stomach is always letting food back into my throat. Soon after I started taking Super B Complex complements, I noticed that my stool had dark brown patches. My stool is still discolored even after I stopped taking the B Complex, which contained iron, for 2 weeks now.

I forgot to mention that my first symptom was tinnitus. It started around 3.5 months ago. I don't know if it's relevant.
