the picture you sent doesnt suggest eye itching , but its mean its only your eyelids allergy
what is the possible treatment option :
- in this case , the treatment options are : hydrocortisone topical cream 0.01 / 3 times daily
- we also suggest to consult dermatology doctor

1. you can buy the suggested medication in our previous answer : hydrocortisone topical cream 0.01
2. add topical antibiotic such as : neomycin
- those both medications are an OTC medication , no need to doctor prescribtion
- if itching is accompanied with swelling or changing in eye sight , we suggest to consult opthalmologist as soon as possible

yes it is , but we suggest to use hydrocortisone topical oitment only
- if you were using tobradex for more than 3 days and there is no improvment , then we suggest to consult your doctor as soon as possible with continuing use tobradex 3 times daily
