Fungal infection can be spread.
Some infection need long term treatment.
You can identify fungal infection by some specifications as:
It is not painful
it is not raised usually over the skin level
it is discoloration as white or more deep color that the skin color
There are creams and ointments that contain mix of antibiotic, antifungal like triderm, it covers all infections. you can use it if you have doubt regarding the cause of what you have.
And use of terasil cream or hydrozole 3 times daily and use of flucnazole 150 one tab only
