Hi. My name is Salem and I a father of 3. Almost 5 months ago I've been having issues with acid reflux or that what the doctors have ruled out the symptoms I had. I used to have chest pain in the brest areas thought maybe its muscles tissue pain. I want to mention also that I'm 32 years old, 166 cm and I weigh 110 kgs. Last November I donated a kidney to brother. The things that I am dealing with now is I feel like I'm having chest heavy-ness and somehow difficulty in breathing. My nose is mostly blocked but I fix that with the steam of warm woter before I sleep. I do check my heart rate, blood pressure and the oxygen level and all seem fine alhamdullelah. But the only concern is breathing. Also I did all my check ups of kidney area and all seem fine alhamdullelah. Did the covid test and it came negative. Please I need an answer to my query.

What is the treatment of Esophageal reflux and your other symptoms ?
- Clinical assessment in the nearest medical center .
- For Bactrial infection your doctor will prescribe medications such as Augmentin 1gm twice daily for 10 days .
- Avoid eating unhealthy food that contains unhealthy diet .
- Avoid eating fat and fast food .
- Avoid smoking and avoid eating before sleep .
- Take Medications such as Nexium20 twice daily and medication such as Gaviskon syrup .

Thank you doctor. I have already done ecg and came fine alhamdullelah. Blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels are all fine. It is just that I feel as if my chest is heavy.

I advise you to just take aspirin day after food and sublingual isoket once daily but if there is still chest tightness 2ith old age and smoking obesity risk factor I advised you to do CT coranry angiogram or cardiac catherization
