I feel right side lower back pain what is this any...

What is the treatment of back pain ?
There are many causes for lower back pain which will be discussed later including kidney problems. Treatment includes the use of pain killers such as ibuprofen 600mg three times a day, relaxon cream to reduce muscle tension. If the cause is UTI then it will be treated with antibiotic such as ciprofloxacin. If there is a stone it will be treated according to it's size.
Diagnosis ?
Clinical examination sholud be carried out by internist. Complete blood count test to exclude the presence of an infection, kidney function test inluding urea, creatinine and serum electrolyte. Urine analysis. Imaging tests such as CT SCAN  to look for stone and to examie the kidney size
