Mangment of high blood suger : 

at the beginig you need to know if you have DM or not ,so that you can start your own mangment plan , and for mangment we recommend you to excersie regularly for half an hour a day , weight loss and have some diet modifications like minmising suger and high chloestrol diet ,and recommed to stop smoking and drinking cofee and soft drinks . at the begining life style modification will be enough , and if no response happened docotr can start ani-hyperglycemic agents like metformin , glybenclmid and gliclzide and some patients can be manged in insulin . 

How to diagnose DM :

• DM can be diagnosed by many criterias like 
• RBS >200mg/dl with syptoms 
• FBS >126 MG/DL in 2 seprate reading one week apart . 
• HGA1C >6.5 

Syptoms of DM : 

• polyurea 
• polyphagia 
• polydesia 
• weight loss 

Recommendation : 

to start mangment plan unde doctor supervision .
