Hi doctor,
I am treating from depression and I have stopped taking the medication for two days, then my psychiatrist change the medicine to brintellix 10 mg for 4 days and then 20 mg for 2 weeks now I’m suffering from frequent Vomiting and I cannot contact the doctor, what should I do?

Treatment of vomiting after drugs
It is common complaint and mostly it is due to drugs side effects. Thus, it is better to back to the previous dose of your drugs to relieve symptoms. Also, you can take Emistop drugs twice or three times daily to relieve symptoms. If symptoms are sever you can seek for treatment and drugs injections like PRAMIN AMPULE to relieve your symptoms.
Investigations to do
Measure your blood pressure to exclude hypertension. CBC for anemia and increased WBCs. Uirne analysis to exclude UTI. Stool analysis for amebia and gastritis
