1. ibuprofen - oral 
2. Diclofenac potassium - oral or injection 
Best antibiotic to treat teeth inflammation :
1. clinamycin 
2. metronidazole
- first you should consult a dentist about your medical condition 
Are those medication effective in your case ?
its may be effective to treat the current infection or bus , but it wont be effective to prevent in in the future , so you have to reconsult your doctor later 
General advices :
1. usually doctor prescribe antibtioics for around 1-2 weeks or until u get better 
2. avoid smoking , cold water , unhealthy and hard food 
3. reconsult your doctor once you get better to do the needed medical tests and determine the best treatment pathway
