Paracetamol analgesic during pregnancy 
Paracetamol is one of the most commonly used medications for the treatment of hedache, its a preferred analgesic during pregnancy that can be taken safely through all trimesters with out incidence of fetal malformation 
Warnings 
The use of paracetamol is avoided if the patient is allergic to paracetamol , on the other hand its contraindicated in patients with hx of liver failure 
Side effects 

• Abdominal pain 
• Dizziness 
• Elvated liver enzymes 
• Constipation
