no there isnt , or at least there is autherised online medical internship system , and its ceritfied in any country 
can you do your internship in private clinics ?
its possible to apply your internship in medical centers or hospitals , public or private , although private medical centers or hospitals may face more strict terms , consult your health ministry in your country 
can you do internship in private clinics for your own benefit ?
yes you may , but as we mentioned , its not certified , but its only good for experience
