Symptomes and mangement of Kidney stones 
Kindey stones are a precepttations of crystals in the kidney pelvis that cause formation of a stone of different sizes that can cause flank pain ,Vomiting and dysurea . It can slip in the urter to cause uretric colicky pain that is associated with comiting and bloody urine, in Case of infection development you will have fever, pain, dysurea and vominting . Pain is best treted with Diclofen 50 mg tab twice a day in additon to Hyoscin Butylbromide tab twice a day. You should consult your treating urologist to define the size and the possibilities of stone extraction of lithotripsy to avoid kidney damage .
Invetigatios 
After proper physica exam, CBC should be done to detect infection , Urine analysis to detect UTI, Abdomen US imaging to look for kidney hydronephorisis , kidney enalrment and stones , CT with IV contrast should be done to define the size of the stone and the extent of kidney damage or any abdominal wall masses, Ca, Uric acid urea ,Cr INVESTIGATIONS should be done

• Elevated Ca
• Elecated Uric acid 
• Repeated kidney infections
