HiMy ex husband had swiped the credit cards and personal loan on my name

I cleared the total liabilities for AED 2 lakh dirhams and divorced my husband. Later joined in the same company and working from past 1year, as I settled the amount the status at the bureau is showing as "write off". Where no bank is ready to give me a loan. I need money for some personal reason urgently. Please advise.
