Symptomes and management of Typhoid 
Typhoid is an infectious condition caused by Sallmonella typhi that will cause a wide variety of symptomes including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and hedache. The route of transmission is an oral rout and the symptomes begins 7-14 days after ingestion. The antibiotic treatment depend mainly on the severity of symptoms which can be IV ceftriaxone or Oral Azithromycin. Consultation of an Internest is neccessary 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, the patient should have CBC to detect rise in WBC count, Blood and stool culture are the gold standard for diagnoses . kidney function testing Urea ,Cr is necessary to detect and kidney injury due to dehydration. 
Complications of Typhoid fever 

• Bowel perforation 
• Meningitis 
• Endocarditis 
• Acute kidney failure
