Thank you for your reply, could you find my answer below:What is the problem with your account?I have this message on my PayPal account :You can no longer use PayPalAt PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.Has your company account been approved and duly activated?Yes, but they put it under limitations for three months, and they ask a lot of documents which I sent all to them. My company is LLC.My company is licensed in Russia for importing, exporting, shipping, wholesale, retail and selling via the Internet. I have a website under building and I want to install payment gateways Including PayPal.- What is the text of the e-mail that you received from Paypal?Last email I received from them as bellow: Thank you for responding to our request for information as part of the verification process under the PayPal Service User Agreement.We have verified your PayPal account and because of the increased risk associated with it, we would like to end our relationship in a manner that would have the least impact on your work. If there are funds left in your account, we will continue to hold them as long as you complete the steps of the appeal. If you do not complete the appeal process for your PayPal account, access to your account will continue to be restricted. The balance in your account will be held to cover possible costs in the event of complaints from customers against you. If there are open customer claims or chargeback requests and you would like to send a refund to your customers, please log into your account and respond to each buyer claim or chargeback request to resolve each issue.Notes:The PayPal account is new I didn’t use.There are no bank transactions under my company and I want to use it for my online store. We apologize for the delay in answering your question, but after many attempts to communicate and inquire about the reasons for closing corporate accounts by PayPal, we did not find any convincing response or logical justification, all the answers revolve around that they are security reasons only, and it is not clarified what is the risk resulting from this Account.
Note that after searching more than one website, it was found that there are many cases similar to yours, and unfortunately, services are stopped by PayPal without any actual cooperation to solve the customers' problem or give realistic reasons.
We apologize again, but we tried to do our best to find a solution to your problem, but unfortunately there is no cooperation from PayPal
