kidny stone caused mainly from dehedration and salt in food so must drink alot of water and decrease salt in food and take ibuprofen as analgesia to decrease pain and tamsulosin act on ureter to release stone and cystone to dissolve stone if associated by fever take ciprofloxacin

exam by doctor and ask for make urine analysis for stone and cbc and esr for inflamation can do also us on abdomen and x ray
symptoms

• pain on micturation
• pain on abdomen
• pain refered to back and legs
• burning sensation
• blood in urine
