But if the headache related to anemia may corrected by ferrous or folic acid or b12 according to type of the anemia
MAY hedache associated with tooth pain which treated with Metronidazol 500mg with Amoxicillin 500mg for 7 days with analgesic like Ibuprofen 400mg ever 8 hours for 5 days
IN some causes may realted to hypoglycemia which trated with eat 3 meals with balanced food 
If there is signs of ear inflammation may treated with Azithromycin500mg once daily  for 7 day with anitinflammatory like Naproxne 500mg twice daily for 5 days
And must exclude the brain tumors which treated surgical or by chemotherapy
 In addition you must eat helathy food and drinking water always and you should sleep in minimum 8 hours daily and  avoid stress and overthinking 
 May using Paracetamol 500mg ever 8 hours helps in relieve your symptoms 
 

What is the investigation that you should do ? 

History and Physical examination and CBC to exclude anemia and you should do chemistry and electrolyt in the blood 
and you check up Blood suger and pressuer and may need otoscope to exclude ear problem and you should do CT for heade  and check up your eye
