Hello.. Iam a 27 years old civil engineer.. I was in good health and having good muscles from gym for years.. I left workingout and gym for about 4 years ago and had a car accident but without injury... Since then i started to complaint about pain in my back and legs... No symmetry in my body left and right side of legs arms and back feeling it rotating to left side in my wak or siting or using it even.. I made a xray showed that i have mild scoliosis in my vertebral column with tilted pelvis.. Most drs told me that this cant affect or did that symptoms you have... And that my problems all just in muscles that half my body muscles are short and another half is tight with trigger points all over my back and legs... I tried to go to gym and workout with weight but i felt that i lift weight uneven on my both arms and body so i stopped... So can you tell me what is wrong... Is it really my scoliosis which make my body wrong or its muscles problem? And how to fix it right please cause my case is getting worse day after day... Thanks

Treatment of scoliosis:
It depends on many factors as degree of scoliosis, patient age and symptoms so treatment may be by conservative management as physiotherapy if it is less than 25 degree, or by wearing brace if it is between 25-45 degree and you may need surgery for advances degrees more than 45 degree of scoliosis and symptoms
Diagnosis of scoliosis:
It depends on the clinical examination and investigations as vertebral x-ray and CT scan
Symptoms of scoliosis:
- Dyspnea
- Back pain
- Chest pain
- Upper limbs numbness, weakness and pain
What i advise you?
If scoliosis is severe, it may lead to such symptoms.
