 In the event that the money is not returned to your account, you shall go to the bank and have with you the location of the ATM from which you made the withdrawal, the timing of the withdrawal, the value of the withdrawn amount, and submit a request to return the amount and they will return it to you.

 If the amount is not returned within days, you shall  go to the branch of the bank that the nearest to you.
