Treatment of high blood pressure

It is common chronic disease affecting high percentage of people due to many causes. At first, your blood pressure is high but not urgent thus you have to be relax and avoid stress and anxiety as you can. Increase your daily intake of water for at least 3 liters per day in addition to avoid salts and foods contain chloesterol. Avoid smoking. You can just follow up your blood pressure and if it is still high you can start drugs for hypertenstion like Thiazide 25 mg once daily to control your blood pressure.

Investigations to do

Follow up your blood pressure readings. CBC for anemia. Liver function tests AST & ALT. kidney function  tests like UREA & CREATININE

There are many expected symptoms like

• Dizziness
• Nausea and vomiting
• Shrotness of beath
