Urine was now yellow in colour had cough three time coughed supporting suture line after some time urine coloured noticed slightly red in colour is it normal

Treatment of red urine
Based on your question, it is expected to have red urine following open bladder surgery to due operation and sutures. Firstly, increase your daily intake of water for at least 3 liters per day. in addition to that, avoid and decrease your intake of salts. Just notice your urine. IF still red in color you have to seek for your doctor evaluation.
Investigations to do
Urine analysis to exclude urinary tract infections. US for bladder and kidneys to exclude stones.
