Mangment of Hypertention : 
Hypertention is chronic disease that needs regular follow up and mangment to control complications and reduce them to happen , so we recommend not to stop the medication even you have a controled Blood pressure that is controlled by the medcine you take (Amlodipine 10 mg ) , and we recommened aslo no to drink and stop smoking , and we recommened to reduce weight and play sport , and we advice you tto eat with salt restriction diet . 
How to diagnose Hypertention : 
by regular readings twice aday for a week , that we recommed to measure blood pressure by the same person and not drink , smoke and play sport 15 minute before the reading 
Compilcation of Hypertention :

• renal failure 
• Myocardial infarction 
• Stroke 
• blured vision 
• retinal detachment
