Diabetes Diagnosis
By performing a fasting blood glucose level  , random blood glucose  and glycated hemoglobin (Hba1c)
In non-diabetic : fasting blood glucose is between (60-99mg / dl) , random blood glucose or 2hr  after a meal is less than 140mg / dl, or the Hba1c  is between 4.5-6%
A patient  with diabetes : fasting blood glucose is more than or equal to (126mg / dl) , random sugar or 2hr  after a meal is more than or equal to 200mg / dl, Hba1c  is more than or equal to 6.5%
On the basis of the tests, either sugar-reducing pills or insulin injections are given
 
What are the symptoms of diabetes in general
Feeling thirsty and high desire to drink
Urinate a lot
Sweaty
Weight gain in type 2 diabetes
Loss weight in type 1 diabetes
Diabetic coma
infections increase due to a decrease in immunity
What is the complications of DM
deposition occurs in the retina, which affects vision
 deposition occurs on the kidneys, which eventually causes kidney failure
 deposition occurs in peripheral nerve, which eventually causes diabetic foot ulcers leads to amputation
in advanced cases  skin pigmentation in the armpits and groin area

having a high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholestreol level lower than 40 mg/dL or 50 mg/dL
a history of hpertension
having gestational diabetes or giving birth to a child with a birth weight of more than 9 pounds
a history of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
being of African-American, Native American, Latin American, or Asian-Pacific Islander descent
being more than 45 years of age
having a sedentary lifestyle
