Symptomes and management of Follicular tonsillitis 
Follicular tonsilitis resembles a bacterial infection of the tonsills in the oral cavity that show white spots on the tonsills accompanied with pain upon swallowing, fever and hedache. Its treated using Amoxicillin/ Clavulonic acid 875 mg tab twice a day for 7 days and Diclofen 50 mg tab twice a day for pain management . Consult ENT specialist if symptomes perisisted 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam you should have CBC to detect infection ,Throat culture to define bacteria and ASOT to define any systemic process 
Causes 

• Streptococcus pyogens 
• Staphylococcus Aureus 
• Viral Infection
