Symptomes and management of Piles 
Hemorrhoids are a medical condition where the veins surrounding the anal canal got dilated and congested to pulge outside the anal openinig, the patient will notice fresh blood after defecation with development of a palpable mass that can pulge with defecation or remain out side pulging. Hemorrhoids are classified in to 4 degrees where the 3rd and the 4th degree need surgical treatment by banding or surgical removal. Otherwise it should be treated using Lactulose syrup 15 ml twice a day in addition to Diosmin tab tow tablets three times a day for 2 weeks with application of local Lidocain 7.5% gel + Proven gel to releiive pain and itching of the hemorrhoids . Consult a colorectal surgeon for definitive management.
Investigations 
After proper physical exam the pt should have CBC to detect Anemia, RECTAL exam using anoscope to detect internal piles or anal masses, Colonoscope to detect Colonic tumors 
Causes 

• Chronic constiptaion 
• Anal tumors
• Rectal Tumors 
• Portal venous hypertension

You are adviced to have a well balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables, avoid constipation by reduction of red meat content in your diet and have daily warm sits paths
