follow these tips
antiseptic soap,or black African soap
You can also use a face wash containing the antibiotic clindamycin
Do steam bath 2 times weakly
put on a Honey mask then use Moisturizing Cream like bapanthene or banthophil
Use vit A derivative Isoterntoin
Use benzoyl peroxide and peeling the skin with peeling creams such as fruit acids that help blackheads peel off, it may be useful
Don't scratch the blackheads  or the whiteheads
Wash face with warm water then cold water
Drink large amounts of water ,Eat vegetabes and fruits they contain antioxidants that protect the skin 
Stay away from foods that contain fatty substances such as fast food  , fries and chocolate
Do not put makeup or put perfume on the face because this fragrance contains alcohol which increases the secretion of fat cells
