i have a fever for almost 5 days and when i take...
i have a fever for almost 5 days and when i take fever reducer it goes down for only 2 hours and then i have fever again and i think its hard to be covid - 19 because am staying at home for 1 month please help thanks.

What is the treatment of High fever ?
first of all you have to exclude presence of Corona virus even though you're staying at home , so you have to have bed rest as long as you can and drnk enough amount of water with balanced , healthy diet , also yau have to use Paracetamol500 three times per day till you have the chance to visit the doctor so he can detect the source that maybe bacterial infection that need an antibiotic such as Amoxacillin
Tests that are needed ?
assessment of the symptoms and signs that you have such as cough , then you'll hve to do CBC to dtect type of infection if viral or bacterial , then chest x-ray is required for diagnosis of respiratory tract infection , if COVID is suspected then PCR test is recommended
What are the causes of Fever ?
COVID-19
Throat infection
Tonsilitis
RTI
UTI
