Psoriasis is a complex chronicv inflammatory disease that manifist as hyper proliferation of Keratinocytes in the epidermis with symptomes of erythematous scaly lesions that develop over many body parts especially tibea and elbows, the treatment is based upin topical application of Clobetasol oint twice a day and consult your treating dermatologist if symptomes perisist 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, you should do cbc to detect active inflammatory process of viral or bacterial origin, Rheumatologic study ESR, RF,ANA to detect psoriatic arthritis, skin biopsy to confirm the diagnosis 
Causes 

• Autoimmune psoriasis 
• Psoriatic arthritis 
• Skin cancer
