What is the appropriate treatment ?
Since you can not take deep breath and the problem does not improve, so it's advised to see a doctor. It's advised to avoid the stress in your life as much as you can, quit smoking if you do smoke, drink enogh amount of water everyday not less than 2L/day and taking a good night sleep. If there is infection, it will be treated with antibiotics and sometimes antihistamine with brnochodilators can be prescribed depending upon the case
Diagnosis?
Physical examination by the doctor. Complete blood count, Chest X-ray, PCR, and CT scan of the chest if required
