if there is signs of ear infection you can take Azythromycin 500 mg 1*1*6
if there is signs of urinary infection tou can take cefurxime 500 mg 1*2*7
if thre is signs of teeth infection you can take doxycycline 100 mg 1*2*10
and yoi must take antipytric and anti inflammatory as , Ibuprofen 400 mg 1*3*5
