no its not possible , the structure of human body doesnt allow that and both of those area are different organ or system 
- urine area : connected to kidney`s 
- stool area : connected to colon and digestive system 
then , how did stool and urine came out of the same area ?
- in case your baby were lying on her back , and the urine flow wasnt the strong , its could look like they came out of the same area , but its not
what should you do ?
having same stool and urine area would be firstly diagnosed when your baby is born , so your baby is just fine
