Symptomes and management of menstural Irregularities 
Menstural cycle is a normal physiological process that happen during the ovulation age of females, it begins with estrogen induction of uterine endometrium partial growth, when the ovulation happen the remininat of the ovum secretes progestron for 14 days to induce full maturation of the endometrium, if the fertilization happened the progestron secretion will be maintained but if not the progestron will stop and the bleeding happen. In cases of spotting and irregular timing of bleeding this will denotes irregular ovulation due to ovulatory disturbance and endometrial irregularity, the cause must be uncovered and treated accordingly after proper investigations and consultation of gynecologist .
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, you should do hormonal assay of Progestron ,Estrogen ,FSH, LH in addition to thyroid Function tests TSH ,T4, ultrasound exam of the ovaries to detect cystic disease of the ovary and endometrial thickining 
Causes 

• Polycystic ovarian syndrome 
• Endometrial hyperplasia 
• Hormonal disturbance 
• Thyroid dysfunction
