What is gynecomastia?
It is a benign enlargement in both breasts or in one of them in a man due to the growth of glandular cells in the breast and it results from several reasons
What are the causes of gynecomastia?
     Low testosterone
     Increased estrogen
     Heredity
     A thyroid disorder
    A mass in the pituitary gland
     An injury or blow to the testicle
     Kidney failure
     Malnutrition
     some medicine like cemitidin
     Cirrhosis
     Testicular tumor
How to treat gynecomastia?
Knowing the cause and treating it, then you can:
Stop taking medications that cause gynecomastia
Take anti-estrogenic medications such as clomiphene
Take anti-estrogen receptor medications such as tamoxifine
Note: Taking these medications should be done under the direct supervision of the treating internist
In the absence of response to drug treatment, surgery is required
