Nasal congestion is a common symptome of common cold virus infection which is a viral infection that infect the mucosal membranes of the nose to cause congestion and nasal discharge, some times its associated with hedache and low grade fever, its mainly treated using Oxymetazolin nasal spray twice daily for 3 days at maximum in addition to loratidine 10 mg tab once before bed time, if symptomes perisist consult Otolaryngiologist
