it may be caused by sinusitis which is treated by amoxicillin and to relieve nasal congestion you can use nasal drops like naphazoline and you should not use it for more then 1 week and nasal polyps should be excluded and if present then ot should be treated by budesonide nasal spray and if no improvement occurs then it can be removed by surgery or endoscopy and the cause may be allergic rhinitis which is treated by loratidine and naphazoline and avoidance of the cause of allergy
