Hello. Something is moving in my abdomen area. But...

what could it be ( something is moving in my abdomen )?
it can be many things such as 

• having an abdominal arterial ( aortic most commonly ) aneurysm
• being sick with irritable bowel syndrome
• psychosis 
• constipation
• if you have an intestinal parasites
• pregnancy and yes you might be pregnant with negative results of pregnancy and its called cryptic pregnancy ( and its normal pregnancy but with negative results of pregnancy test at first ) 

what are the required tests needed to identify the causes ?
an clincal examination and past medical history, stool anaysis to check for parasites or worms in the abdomen, sonography to check for the abdominal atries and a cat scan of the abdomen to check for any possible causes of constipation such as tumors, intestinal obstruction e.t.c
