Sir, I have two three days little fever but body...

the treatment depends upon the cause of the issue but in general you might start tom take painkillers such as acetaminphin 1000 mg 3 times a day to relief pain and reduce temp beside that you can use antiinflammatory nonsteroidal agents such as diclofenac 50 mg 3 times a day, some other cases an antibiotic might be needed in case if you have an infection such a kidney infection ( ceftriaxone 1 gram intravenus 2 times a day ) or even in some cases a surgical treatment is indication such as having a gallbladder stones 
what are the diagnositc tests ?
at first the clinical examination and past medical history should be obtained , urinalysis, sonography of the abdomen to check for an infected gallbladder or infection in the kidnyes plus cat scan of the abdomen for the gallbladder and pancreas  , complete blood count in case of infection is suspected ( white cell count is more than 11000) and also liver enzyme test ( alp, alt, ast ) and pancreatic enzymes such as serum amylase and serum lipase

• gastrointeritis 
• gallbladder stones and infection 
• hepatitis 
• pancreatitis 
• renal stones 
• urinary tract infection 
• gastritis 
• intra abdominal abcesses
