My skin over the fingers are peeling, its hurting...

What is the treatment of finger infection ?

2. avoid any irritant substance or cream to use on hand such as perfumed creams 
3. dont pop up the spots to avoid recuranct or getting infected ( if its infection ) in other areas 
4. watch out the spots pattern , and see if there is any related causes of boils appearance and disappearance , and avoid the substance that may trigger it 
5. if there is a sign of bacterial infection , you need to use antibiotics ( topical ) such as Mupirocin 
6. if its an autoimmune disease or hypersensitivity reaction , you need to use cortisone ( topical ) such as delor 
7. if there is a sign of fungal infection , you need to use antifungal ( topical ) such asterbinafine
8. if you medical condition presisit or new symptoms appeared , you better consult your doctor ( dermatology )  to do the needed medical checks and determine the causes and the treatment pathways if needed
