How to treat renal colic?

Acording the cause:
If urinary tract infection :
Levofloxcin 500 mg once daily for 7 days
muscle relaxcant as sclopamine tab 1*3*7
Anti septic agent as : Urinberry 1*3*10
if the kidney stones :
If stone less than 0.6 ml we give alkalinizing agents according to the type of stone
If there is big stone or multiple stones  we do Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) recommended  to break up the stones into very small pieces. You then pass the stone fragments in your urine
If there urin salts :
Cystogen 1*3*14 
And advice  you :
Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Cut back on sodas, especially ones that contain phosphoric acid
Cut back on salt in your diet.
Limit animal protein from foods like red meat, fish, and eggs
Limit foods that are high in oxalate, such as spinach, nuts, and rhubarb

Urine analysis and culture
Ultrasound
Plain X ray
CT scan

What are the symptoms of renal colic?

• intense pain along the side of your body between your ribs and hip, or in your lower abdomen
• pain that spreads to your back or groin
• nausea or vomiting
• pain when you urinate
• Hematuria
• cloudy or foul-smelling urine
• gravel — tiny pieces of stones in your urine
• urgent need to urinate
• urinating more or less than usual
• fever and chills (if you have an infection)
