Hi dr I have pain in both kidneys

You have to do a few tests in the nearest medical center if this condition persisted or was accompanied by other symptoms such as painful urination and high fever such as in the cases of Urinary tract infection and other causes such as Kidney stones where you have to drink enough amount o water everyday and to avoid eating unhealthy food, salt . Your treating doctor will prescribe medications such as Antispasmodic with Analgesic such as Trufen and Antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin for infection  .
