Hello doctor,I have kidney stone open surgery last Oct 1,2020.the surgery was ok..they remove the drainer after 4 days,,after 2weeks there's a lot of fluids coming out in my soakage,,I am always try to keep in touch in my Dr,,I was worried about this..please give me some advice..thank you

Treatment of fluid after kidney surgery
It is common problem due to many factors and causes. Firstly, you have to do dressing to site of surgery regularly to avoid inflammation and infections. You have to visit your doctor for clinical evaluation and follow up and be sure there is no infection at site of surgery.
Investigations to do
You can do CBC for WBCs and exclude inflammation. Urine analysis for UTI and US for kidneys
Causes
There are many causes like
- Physiological fluids at site of surgery
- Sings of inflammation and infection of surgical site
- Hypertension disease
- Drugs side effects
- Others
