I am 13weeks pregnant and we did the transabdominal ultrasound examination, and based on the finding my baby is having a mild regurgitation, can it still be normalize as he/she grows? or what can i do or eat to prevent it?

Treatment of regurgitation in fetus
Well, Firstly it is better to repeat the US within the gestational period 16 - 20 weeks for proper diagnosis and determining if there is any abnormalities in fetus or not. You can not do anything within pregnancy till delivery of the baby and repeat evaluation.
Investigations to do
There is no necessary investigations during 13 weeks gestation. Just regular US for the baby
