Bilateral renal gravels:
This indicates a probability of making stones in future, so you should treat this by drinking lots of water, limits salts in the diet, make sure to avoid diet rich in crystals such as coffe and tea and other drinks. You can also get rid of thoses gravels bu some medication like cystone 2X2x20.
Right adenexal simple cyst
Cyst is a usual finding among women, if it simple it should be observed and there is no indication to intervene except in case of pain or large size, or suspicion or a complex cyst or infertility
colonic gaseous distension
regarding colonic distension, it's usually a common findings, but the US is limited in giving much details, so if there is a concern , it should be evaluated by more accurate test such as CT or colonoscopy.
You can relive the distension by physical exercises, drinking water, avoiding constipation, eating fibers in vegetables and fruits, and some laxatives, such as laxadine and others.

Well adnexal cystic lesion need further evaluation by pelvic mri as it may indicate mass lesion which cause heavy period and abdominal pain and mostly need surgical excision and it may need hormonal and chemotherapy treatment well gyna. Consultation is advised
