Symptomes and management of Hydrocele
Hydrocele is a medical condition of reactionary fluid collection around the testis that cause testicular swelling and discomfort. Most cases are painless and when associated with pain its caused by Orchitis with the pain at most in case of testis going down, some times there will be overlying erythema. Its treated with testicular elevation, Ciprofloxacin 500 mg tab twice a day for 10 days, Diclofen 50 mg tab twice daily for 5 days and Diosmin tab tow tablets three times a day. If perisisted consult a urologist for pissible surgical treatment.
Investigations
After proper physical exam, you should do urine analysis and semen analysis to look for infection, Testicular US to look for fluid collection and signs of inflammation and varicocele

You are adviced to have a well balanced diet, rich in minerals and vitamins, avoid smoking and have regular exercise

What is treatment of hydrocele
It is a condition of accumulation of fluid inside scrotum which result in swelling of scrotum. It is common problem due to many factors and causes. Firstly, there are no drugs to treat hydrocele and treatment of like condition is just by surgical intervention of hydrocele. It is simple surgery at most cases
What are investigations
It is clinical diagnosis condition. You can do US for scrotum for proper diagnosis
