i have severe eczema allergy on some fingers on my...
i have severe eczema allergy on some fingers on my right hand. its my 3 fingers on the middle. middle and pinter finger has the worst since my skin there is flaky and having wounds... i used eczema cream like elica and the likes but it makes it more dry and causes more itchiness and wounds

What is the treatment of eczema?
Moisturizers such as dexpanthenol cream can be used
And anti-allergic agents and topical anti-inflammatory agents such as cortisone such as Betamethasone cream
Or immunosuppressive topical medications such as Tacrolimus 0.1%
Drugs to inhibit immunity reaction such as methotrexate
Topical injection therapy containing botulinumtoxin to reduce inflammation
Ultraviolet light therapy
