Some would have pearly penile papules, which are smooth and are usually 1 to 4 millimeters across, which are harmless and don’t need treatment. One must exclude getting Some sexually transmitted infections, such as herps and syphilis or genital warts, which should be treated with anti-viral /bacterial Meds and some must be surgically corrected. Some people would have Lichen planus, which is a type of rash that results from your immune system attacking your own skin cells, those are not a a big  concern but can be  retinoids, corticosteroids, and antihistamines.

Lastly, those nodules and changes in penile skin could have some risk of being premalignant or malignant lesions, treatments for penile cancer depend on whether it’s only affecting penis skin or tissues or has spread to surrounding tissues, treatment could include removal of the foreskin (circumcision), chemotherapy, or cryosurgery,some may need surgical removal.

 

Diagnosis:

You should be evaluated by a urologist for those lesions you mentioned , the doctor will have an idea about possible diagnoses by examining those lesions, and will order necessary tests  , sucj as skin biopsies for histological evaluations.
