I am covid positive. Today is 9th day. I am not having fever since 4days and not taken panadol since 32hrs. But having alot of dry cough when I speak. Oxygen level was 98 but now it 90 to 94. Is it alarming

Advice
- Not having a fever is a good sign but the decrease in oxygen saturation is an alarming sign and you must seek medical help in the nearest hospital to measure your saturation, put you on a monitor, and apply an oxygen mask or nasal oxygen to increase the saturation
criteria to discharge COVID -19 Patients:
- 3 consecutive days without symptoms
- 3 consecutive days without fever without using of any antipyretics
