Mangement of facial swelling :

it's common to have facial swelling related to teeth problems , and for mangement we recommend to keep brushing your teeth regularly with a good toothpaste at least twice daily , use mouthwash twice daily , take Metronidazole 500mg three times daily and for pain relief you can take Diclofen 50mg twice daily , and we recommend if the swelling increases in size to follow up a dentist as soon as possible .

Diagnosis : 

by history and physical examination , and we can do CBC to exclude infection , CRP and Panorama image for diagnosis .
